Biography :
Shane started working as a Realtor/Broker in 2002. Since being licensed Shane has achieved 6 designations, making him a very well rounded agent. His primary focus has always been on creating wealth through building equity. In his first few years he focused on rentals and multifamily investments, now he teaches investors his technique on analyzing investments. R.O.R.E (Return on Rental Equity) is a program designed to show the investor when is the best time to move equity using a tax-deferred-exchange to maximize returns annually.
